A river experience to enjoy with family or friends for a maximum of 12 people.

9:00 a.m. We welcome you to the Port Canal de Montauban where you can park your vehicles in the port's closed and video-monitored parking lot. Boarding aboard the Péniche Hôtel Gaïa, a former Dutch freighter from 1927 converted into a comfortable sailing hotel barge.

9:15 a.m. Departure from the Port Canal de Montauban under the command of our Captain and coffee/tea and pastries served while sailing on the sun deck by our sailor.

Outward navigation and upstream crossing of the 9 locks of the Montech Canal.

12:45 p.m. Stopover at the Péniches Hôtels pontoon in front of the Bistrot Constant restaurant, located in a former canal guardhouse and run by Chef Christophe Marques (Reservations made by you).

2:45 p.m. Resumption of downstream navigation towards Montauban. Those who wish can take control of the "macaron" (wheel of a river motorboat) and pilot the boat under the supervision of the Captain between Montech and Lacourt Saint-Pierre.

Return navigation and descent of the 9 locks of the Montech Canal with drinks service (tea/coffee, mineral water, juice and sodas).

6:30 p.m. Arrival at the Port Canal de Montauban and disembarkation of passengers.

Dinner at the Bistrot Constant , a true institution housed in a former canal watchtower and now run by Chef Christophe Marque. If you're so inclined, you can even play pétanque on the establishment's bowling alley!

Once you've disembarked, we'll escort you to the closed parking lot so you can retrieve your vehicles. We can also arrange taxi or private hire transport from Montauban Villebourbon train station.

Flat rate for the cruise (from 1 to 12 passengers).

50% deposit upon booking. Free cancellation up to 3 days before departure. Balance payable at least 3 days before departure by credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation less than 3 days before departure, 50% of the reservation will be retained by Compagnie Mluviale du Midi.
